MR CHIME

Mr. Chime is an economist and development consultant with over 27years post-graduation working experience obtained in both Nigerian’s public and private sectors.He holds an M.sc Economics and also an MBA, all from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and has key competencies in strategic planning, research, project management, management consulting and human capital operations and control (HCM).

Mr. Chime is a certified management trainer and has successfully led consulting teams that served many Development Partners (IPs) like UNDP and World Bank as well as key Federal organizations like CBN, NNPC, NITDA, etc. He is a, member of Nigerian Institute of Management and Fellow of African Heritage Institution and has a book and over 100 management articles to his credit. In 2009, he served as a Technical Assistant to the Managing Director of Nigerian Social Insurance Trustfund (NSITF)/ Chairman of Trustfund Pensions Plc during which the current Employees Compensation Act was formulated.  From 2014-2016, Mr. Chime served as the Head of International Cooperation & Inter-Agency Collaboration as well as the DG’s Chief in National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA).

Mr. Chime is widely travelled and has attended many leadership and strategic planning courses in Ireland, UAE, UK and United States of America. In January, 2016, he won an ‘Innovation award’ as best Dale Carnegie, San Diego, CA, participant in a Leadership Training Course for Managers.
